Manufacturing defect, Wrong item received and damaged during transit
1. Return Conditions
- Willing for returning the product must be informed within 3 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process
- Write to us on info@hobbyone.in to request a return.
- We will initiate the reverse shipping once after we receive and validate your concern.
- For ensuring smooth process item back using the provided return label.
- We will process the refund once the item is received and inspected.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-4 business days.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchange Conditions
- Products must be in original condition and packaging.

- Once we receive the item, after thorough investigation we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item following our return policy.
